• Selection of furniture items, including custom-designed pieces;
• Selection of textile decor;
• Selection of curtains, drapes, and rugs;
• Selection of bedding;
• Selection of tablecloths, dinnerware, and cutlery;
• Selection of lighting fixtures;
• Selection of wall art, drawings, and paintings;
• Selection of sculptures and decorative accessories for various spaces;
• Consultation with the client and their representatives through all communication channels regarding the decor project.

SUITABLE FOR CLIENTS:

• -Ordering, overseeing delivery, and installation of all necessary interior elements (furniture, finishing materials, equipment);
• -Ensuring that purchased materials, interior items, and furniture match the developed architectural and design project (color scheme, texture, form);
• -Providing all necessary initial data (volumes, dimensions, drawings) for selecting and ordering finishing materials, furniture, and equipment;
• -This includes two site visits per week;
• -Consulting the client and their representatives via all communication channels regarding the project;
• -Ongoing supervision of the design project's implementation;
• -Making necessary adjustments to the working drawings after the demolition of old and erection of new partitions, leveling of floors, walls, and ceilings;
• -Providing additional project materials (drawings, elevations, sections) required for project implementation;
• -Consulting builders and finishers on all project materials, selected equipment, and furniture;
• -Approving invoices with the client for final materials, furniture, plumbing, lighting, etc., as well as their purchase and delivery to the site (on behalf of and as instructed by the client).
