Interior design should not be "typical", it should be the author's interior design.

A designer, as an artist, paints an image of a room with its inherent manner of work. Like all artists, each interior designer has his own style, his own manner of interpretation and comprehension of a specific task.

At the same time, there is such a concept as "the level of creativity" or "creative horizons" - it speaks about the ability of a designer to work with a certain set of styles. This concept does not level the concept of the author's interior, it qualitatively characterizes it.
Appealing to the concept of author's interior design, one should expect two possible ways of forming the image of one's interior.
The first is that the design will be exclusively author's, which implies minimal client influence on the design. That is, I will do the way I want, how I "see" this space. This case is similar to buying a finished painting in a gallery from an artist whose work a priori is liked.
The second case - the interior design is created taking into account certain key points present in all my works. It's about the same handwriting.
In this case, the client takes the most active part in the aesthetics of his apartment, but I am free to interpret the task "according to my vision."
On my site you can see a small selection of my works that correspond to my concept of author's interior design.
The project is drawn up and provided by the client in one copy in the form of a set of documentation (corporate, personalized album), designed to give the client a visual idea of a possible design solution, work and materials required for its implementation. The project is advisory in nature.
The project can be transferred by the client at his request in electronic form only in (jpeg, gif, png, tiff), but not in the working format of the software in which it was developed.
The virtual tour of the facility / room is transmitted electronically.
The project is transferred directly to the client without the right to transfer or the right to sell this project to third parties. The project is the property of Tatiana Antonchanka, an interior designer, decorator, and real estate developer. All rights for the sale and processing of this project are the property of Tatiana Antonchanka - an interior designer, decorator, real estate developer.

STAGES AND COMPOSITION OF THE DESIGN PROJECT

Design project composition

Why do you need an interior design project? Why, in one form or another, does it have to be? What documents are included in the project and what stages of project development await me? This is not a complete list of the questions that my clients have. The answers will be in this article.

So.

Interior design is a set of project documentation, neatly stitched into a corporate, author's, personalized album, which contains the following basic and mandatory positions:
- sketches of premises;
- working drawings;
- consolidated statements of finishing materials, furniture and other elements of the interior of the premises.
Sketches of premises as part of the interior design project
These are images printed on paper, 1 per sheet of the design project. Usually, at least two or three angles are given for each room. Such images of premises are made in 3d.
The essence of the action is the same: to show the client your design idea from different angles and from the most important angles. Also, these "pretty pictures" help builders, suppliers and manufacturers to see the design idea in three-dimensional form. And this is very useful.
It is worth mentioning that it is at the stage of creating sketches that most of the time for creating a design project is spent.
Working drawings as part of a design project
Without these documents, it is impossible to accurately calculate the volume of purchased finishing materials and implement a building structure, even if of a medium degree of complexity. Working drawings are the backbone of a design project. All millimeters of the placement of lamps, the height of the outlet of sockets, switches, the beginning of the laying of tiles and the type of trimming, vertical sections of multi-level ceilings and other technical information - all this is contained in the working drawings.
The drawings contain various information: dimensions, tolerances, symbols, explanatory information, a stamp with the details of the author of the design project, etc.
The more complex and responsible the interior design project, the more complex furniture, designer cabinets and structures in it, the higher the requirements for the qualifications of an interior designer.
Consolidated statements of finishing materials, furniture and other interior items
A document containing information on the number of purchased finishing materials for each of the premises and for a separate group of surfaces. The meaning of the document is to show the client and the supplier what and how much to buy.
